Daytime visitors are welcome for family gatherings, but total people on the property may not exceed 16 at any time. This is a family vacation home, not an event venue. The primary guest must be 21 or older and present for the full stay. No parties, events, or large unregistered gatherings. No commercial photography, filming, or promoted events. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors. This property uses an interior Minut noise-monitoring device that measures decibel levels only — it does not record audio or conversations. Pool: swim at your own risk, no lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool. The pool has a Poolguard PGRM-2 door alarm — please do not disable it. No diving; no glass in the pool area. Game room: please use equipment as intended and report any damage. Supervise children. Smoking: the interior is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area. A remediation fee applies to any indoor smoking violation. No pets. Service animals welcome as required by law. Security: exterior cameras at the driveway/front entry, front yard/walkway, and both side gates. There are NO cameras inside the home and none at the pool, lanai, or backyard. All cameras are exterior-facing only and camera audio is disabled. A video doorbell is at the front entry; two Alexa Echo Dot Max smart speakers (living room, game room) are used for home automation and not used to monitor guests. Either Alexa Echo Dot Max smart speaker can be muted or unplugged. At checkout: start the dishwasher, place trash in the outdoor bins, leave used towels in the tub, and lock all doors. Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the owners closet in the master bathroom. However, there is another closet in the master bathroom for guests to use.
